DDC-810 Raised Spot UV Coater

Recently released, the fully automated DC-618 is the latest addition to Duplo’s signature line of all-in-one finishers. Offering significant enhancements over its predecessor DC-616 Pro, the DC-618 delivers output at a faster speed and on heavier stock. The PC Controller software and LCD control panel interfaces have been enhanced, making them more intuitive and user-friendly for in-plants and commercial printers looking to automate their short-run finishing.

With the ability to perform up to 6 slits, 30 cuts and 20 creases in a single pass, the DC-618 produces applications such as business cards, postcards, brochures and book covers with a full-bleed finish. Processing speed has been boosted from 10 to 23 sheets per minute and paper weight specifications have increased from 350 to 400 gsm. DC-646 Integrated Folding System
Gate fold invitations, coupon flyers, table tent cards and three-panel brochures are some of the applications that will be produced on our line of all-in-one finishers. DFL-500 Dry Coat/Foil/Laminator
The DFL-500 offers the capability to dry coat, foil and laminate using a single machine. DC-516 High Speed Creaser
Designed with flexibility to adapt to your needs, the DC-516 High Speed Creaser prevents toner cracking and unattractive fold lines on digitally printed applications up to 100 sheets per minute. The DC-516 features a 14" feed capacity for higher volume jobs and handles paper up to 400 gsm up to 14" x 26" in size. It comes standard with two dual creasing modules that can be switched interchangeably to perform positive and negative patterns at the same time. iSaddle System
The iSaddle is the first in its class to deliver the popular, letter landscape booklet. DB-290 Perfect Binder
The DB-290 Perfect Binder features milling and notching blades along with a side glue tank for great glue application. The side glue provides better adhesion and helps form the book spine. The DPB-500 Perfect Binder will also be on display. Newly formulated glue for the DB-290 and DPB-500 will be demonstrated as it performs great on digital printouts.
