The Toronto Club of Printing House Craftsmen Donates $5,000

Canadian Print Scholarships is excited to announce a donation of $5,000 from The Toronto Club of Printing House Craftsmen.

“We have a long history of supporting education in the graphic arts and wanted to provide funds to continue this legacy. Canadian Print Scholarships also supports education initiatives and we decided to help with their work.” said Bill Kidd, President of The Toronto Club of Printing House Craftsmen.

“We’re grateful for the donation and the trust the Craftsmen have placed in Canadian Print Scholarships. We’re working with more schools and students than ever before in our work to attract the brightest and best young people to our industry” said Jeff Ekstein, Chair of Canadian Print Scholarships.

 “The future of our industry rests with young people studying graphic communications in schools across the country. We are happy to support them as they train for careers in printing.” mentioned Bob Dale of The Toronto Club of Printing House Craftsmen.

We hope other companies and organizations consider adding their support.” added Ken Freek, Executive Director, Outreach and Partner Relations with Canadian Print Scholarships.

The mission of the Canadian Printing Industries Scholarship Trust Fund is to attract the brightest and best students available to the graphic communications industry by providing financial assistance to enroll and continue in a post-secondary management or technical program at an approved institution.
