Configurable from manual to semi-automatic operation, the Intelli-Pac Serialized Case Aggregation System is the premier end-of-line packing and aggregation solution for loose, or bundled, bottles and cartons. This secure, efficient workflow involves a manual packing operation combined with semi-automatic technologies to form, label, inspect and seal a case. The semi-automatic version comes complete with a case former, case labeler and overhead layer inspection camera bracket, and provides connectivity to a customer’s preferred data management system.

Several upgrades to the Intelli-Pac module are available that further enhance its product tracking capabilities. For example, an add-on called PackSync™ provides unit-to-bundle aggregation.

Ideal for a variety of bottles used in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and personal healthcare industries, the cost-efficient LCX Bottle Unscrambler is easily integrated into new and existing packaging lines. Offering patented rotary cam pockets, the machine is available in several different configurations and can handle over 300 bottles per minute.
