The new press will complement Envelope Mart’s broad arsenal of Halm litho envelope presses and W+D and FL Smithe converting equipment. The i-Jet press boasts production speeds of up to 32,000 #10 envelopes per hour and enables high-resolution printing of either full-color static or complex variable copy. The i-Jet’s non-contact inkjet technology eliminates seam or flap lines and allows for overprinting on new texturized papers. Reduced set-up times and the absence of plates and blankets means lower operating costs and more competitive selling prices.

Envelope Mart USA is a 40+ year-old family-owned trade printer founded in Toledo as a small wholesale ‘jet’ shop.
