Roland DG Puts Textile Printing at Center Stage at The Print Show's Diversification Zone

Press release from the issuing company

Clevedon, UK – With diversification a key issue in the print industry in 2019, Roland DG is looking forward to showcasing its most versatile technology at The Print Show next month.

Taking place at Birmingham's NEC from September 17th to 19th 2019, The Print Show will feature a wealth of printing technology including in the Diversification Zone, Roland's home for the duration of the event. Here visitors will access in-depth information on label printing, promotional printing, value added printing, 3D printing and – Roland's focus for the show – textile printing.

At centre stage on Roland's stand (B55) will be the Texart RT-640M multi-function large format sublimation printer, a cleverly engineered solution that enables users to print both directly onto transfer paper and directly to textiles including polyester, voile, mesh, backlit and block out fabrics, flags and banners. As the Texart RT-640M demonstrates, it's easy for print professionals to diversify into soft signage and exhibition graphics, or to accelerate production of these and other textile display products using efficient digital printing technology.

The Texart RT-640M also gives access to other creative commercial textile applications including fashion apparel, sportswear and home furnishings, while its dye-sublimation function even allows for the decoration of rigid items such as promotional products, sign boards, ChromaLuxe, ceramic tiles and more – giving users even more markets to explore. All this is achievable on one single affordable device.

Rob Goleniowski from Roland DG UK comments: "The Print Show's Diversification Zone is the perfect space for us to demonstrate our incredible, versatile technology including the Texart RT-640M multi-function solution. We develop our systems based on our customers' demands and feedback, so we know that a device that completes everyday work quickly and at high levels of quality is essential, while offering extra functions to help businesses grow and evolve. We're looking forward to meeting the print community at The Print Show in September."
