Heidelberg and the In-Plant Management Association Go On the Road

KENNESAW, GA , March 27, 2002 -- Teaming up with the In-Plant Management Association (IPMA), Heidelberg announces a series of digital road shows aimed at educating existing in-plant and corporate customers and prospects. The road show seminars focus on strategies for marketing the in-plant's digital printing capabilities. There is no charge for Heidelberg customers attending the seminars. Seminar topics include ideas on how to match current needs and capabilities with future trends and technologies such as transitional needs, technology support requirements and implementation plans. An overview and understanding of digital printing and its trends, emerging technologies and pricing models is being offered along with an explanation of in-plant positioning within the digital market. Niki Steenhoek, CGCM, CMM, CPM, chair of the IPMA Training Committee, recognizes value in Heidelberg's involvement with IPMA and the road shows."Heidelberg has been a strong supporter of the in-plant publishing community, and IPMA is proud to work with them to offer this series of seminars.Attendees are sure to gain an inside edge from Heidelberg's expertise in digital printing and IPMA's experience in in-plant management," Steenhoek said. Heidelberg offers the seminars as a business development and training opportunity for Heidelberg customers at no cost. The road shows will be held beginning in April and run through May.
