ANN ARBOR, MI (September 13, 2002) -- Arcar Graphics, a division of Flint Ink North America's Packaging Group, is debuting new ARCURE Rotary Screen UV Ink System at Labelexpo Americas 2002, September 13 -- 12. ARCURE Rotary Screen Ink System is a high opacity, silicone-free UV ink system that provides excellent through-cure and eliminates foaming. It is the ideal choice for high-end fragrance, cosmetic and personal care applications requiring rich, vibrant colors. Arcar Graphics is presenting the new UV ink system for narrow web converters in the Flint Ink booth #817. This versatile, high performance ink system is designed specifically for a "Stork"rotary screen head. High-quality graphics can be surface or reverse printed on a wide variety of top coated films and the inks' quick leveling allows for high-speed production. Compatible with UV flexo, UV letterpress and water-based flexo ink systems, ARCURE Rotary Screen UV ink enhances applications requiring multiple printing processes, increases production efficiencies, and minimizes downtime. "ARCURE Rotary Screen UV ink systems' on-press performance and energy curable features enable narrow web converters to eliminate trapping problems and print vibrant, color-rich labels at high speeds,"says Mike Harjung, V.P. and General Manager, Arcar Graphics.
