W & C Printing to Implement THE System from CRC Information Systems

Press release from the issuing company

SCOTTSDALE, AZ (July 17, 2002)–CRC Information Systems, Inc. (CRC) announces that Winona, Minnesota-based commercial printer W & C Printing has signed a deal to implement THE System - the finest in business management software for the graphic arts industry. W & C Printing will implement a fully integrated system including CRC’s Dynamic Scheduling module to help streamline production and job planning. “We have been doing all of our scheduling off line and thought we were doing a pretty good job of it,” remarked W & C Printing Vice President of Manufacturing, Susan Meine. “However, I realized that it was just too difficult to track job status and capture accurate information on jobs. Now we will be able to schedule more accurately, easily make changes to the schedule, and eliminate double entry of data. Most importantly being able to collect and analyze job-level data in real time will help us improve efficiencies in production and become more profitable.” W & C Printing is a sheetfed commercial printer specializing in creating unique and compelling print solutions that break through the clutter and capture the attention of target audiences. They work closely with customers to understand their needs and product perception in the marketplace to develop strategic, creative solutions that get noticed.
