Parallax Brings First Superwide HP Stitch S1000 Textile Printer to US

Parallax Digital Studios, a leading large format print provider, has invested in the first superwide HP Stitch S1000 dye sub production printer for textiles in the US, expanding its capacity to supply soft signage and décor items.

The new 126-inch HP Stitch S1000 dye sub printer allows the Georgia-based Parallax to deliver high-quality color and quality across its HP Large Format portfolio with higher productivity and substrate flexibility.

The Stitch printer at Parallax joins the recently acquired HP Latex R200 Printer for rigid and flexible substrates, and existing HP Latex 3500 and Latex 360. Parallax offers comprehensive graphic large-format display services including for corporate branding, exhibition and event graphics and signage.

The HP Stitch S Printer Series, printing at up to 2370 square feet per hour, enables print service providers to boost digital print production of textile applications in the soft signage market, including backlits, frontlits, and interior décor such as curtains, upholstery, and sofas.

The four-color HP Stitch S1000 using HP Dye Sub inks and HP Thermal Inkjet printheads brings a new level of innovation to high production companies by enabling fast speeds, high uptime, and unattended shifts. Fully automatic maintenance ensures optimal image quality without user intervention, while saving time with easy media loading and unloading by a single operator.
