Midlothian, Tex. – Ennis, Inc. has named Bob McAleavey, Jr. as the General Manager of its Allen-Bailey Tag & Label facility in Caledonia, New York. Bob has 15 years of industry experience with Ennis—although he’s been familiar with the printing industry “my whole life, through the family business,” he says. Before this promotion, he was Plant Manager at another Ennis facility, Specialized Printed Forms, in New York. Bob has also been promoted to General Manager of Specialized Printed Forms.

With his extensive knowledge of product types and keen understanding of production processes and procedural systems, Bob is well-suited to meet Allen-Bailey’s goals. “Increasing Specialized Printed Forms and Allen-Bailey Tag & Label’s respective markets is exciting, and I look forward to working with our teams now and into the future,” he says.
