The Mosaica Group Will Showcase the Latest Equipment in Dye Sublimation and Wide Format at NBM Show - Milwaukee

Press release from the issuing company

Sussex, Wis. – The Mosaica Group, a national distributor supporting dye sublimation and wide format print processes with equipment, consumables and services, is exhibiting at the NBM Show at The Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee, WI. Show dates are May 17 and 18. The Mosaica Group will partner with Mimaki, Gravotech, Inc. and Superior Carbide Cutting Tools at booth #135.

To highlight their complete sublimation portfolio of equipment, tissue papers, transfer papers and inks, The Mosaica Group has partnered with Mimaki to showcase the TS55-1800, a new water-based sublimation transfer inkjet printer. The TS55-1800 is an evolutional printer for textile/apparel use that achieves a maximum printing speed of 1,400 square feet per hour with approximate production speeds of 500 to 600 square feet per hour. A definitive advantage of this printer is an optional mini jumbo roll unit that holds transfer paper with a length of about 4,920 feet (1,500 meters). This feature shortens the downtime and decreases productivity costs due to less media replacement in comparison to smaller transfer paper rolls.

As part of the recent partnership between Gravotech and Mimaki, Gravotech will showcase the LS100, a rugged CO2 laser machine that can be set up in a factory workshop, office or retail outlet. Their partnership has resulted in many bundle options that offer significant savings such as the combining of the Mimaki UJF-6042MkII, a tabletop LED-UV curing flatbed inkjet printer, and the LS100. The LS100 is suitable for most marking, cutting and engraving applications including trophies and awards, gifts, leather goods, acrylic, crystal and glassware, bar codes, data matrixes, photo marking and rubber stamp production. Also on display at booth #135, The UJF-6042MkII printer is a simple solution for creating high-value promotional products on a variety of materials including ceramic, acrylic, wood, leather, metal and glass.

Gravotech will also showcase the IS400, a top-selling computerized engraving machine designed for a wide range of applications including trophies and plaques, small signage, ADA signage, identification of industrial parts and light machining. A variety of jigs and holding devices are available for the IS400. The IS400 offers the ability to create braille signage seamlessly.

Superior Carbide provides the industry’s highest quality cutting tools at the best value. As a Superior Carbide distributor, The Mosaica Group will offer their highly-engineered line of drag knives, router bits, oscillating/reciprocating knives, kiss cut knives, rotating blades and more, which will be on display at the show. Superior Carbide’s portfolio of tools is compatible with several machines including Mimaki, Esko, Zund and DYSS.
