Docucorp Hires Leese as Practice Leader for ASP

DALLAS---July 11, 2002--Docucorp International, a leading provider of enterprise information solutions, today announced the addition of David J. Leese as practice leader for Application Service Provider (ASP), a newly created position. Leese will direct sales activities for Docucorp's ASP channel, as well as recruit, train and manage sales representatives. "Not only will David make a great addition to our senior sales management team but his background in outsource pre-processing, printing, mailing and electronic services will be critical as we continue to expand our presence in the ASP market," said William D. Barry, senior vice president of Docucorp's sales and marketing. "We have experienced significant growth in this area, as more companies have realized the benefits of outsourcing their printing and billing functions. Our ASP solutions allow customers to off-load applications and accelerate time to market, freeing up corporate resources to focus on their core competencies." Docucorp supports complex, personalized print, mail and electronic document distribution services for high volume mailers at its two world-class ASP facilities. Leese most recently served as vice president of sales and marketing for Pitney Bowes Output Solutions, a global provider of integrated mail and document management solutions. Leese's previous experience also includes 10 years with Moore Business Communication Services, where he held many senior management positions.
