Quadient Highlights Actionable Journey Mapping at FinovateSpring 2019

Press release from the issuing company

www.quadient.com: Quadient, the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), announced that it will be presenting and exhibiting at FinovateSpring 2019, being held May 8-10 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square, San Francisco, CA. Finovate offers participants the best in fintech through unique, short-form demos and expert speakers on banking, payments, lending, community banking, AI and customer experience. Quadient is supporting the event as a Silver Sponsor.

In Booth #112, the Quadient team will demonstrate how, when done right, customer journey mapping has the power to transform the customer experience. Quadient Customer Journey Mapping is the only cloud-based journey mapping tool that incorporates the digital and physical touchpoints customers interact with into an actionable journey map. Customer experience teams easily share feedback with business users directly through the tool, so improvements are made in real-time. The company will also highlight Quadient Inspire, the company’s award-winning CCM solution, showing the many ways the software helps financial services firms design, manage and deliver personalized, compliant communications across all channels from one centralized platform. Additionally, Quadient will showcase the Quadient Digital Advantage Suite, the only low-code digital experience platform that enables businesses to develop personalized mobile and web experiences that are fully integrated with core systems and aligned with non-digital communication channels.

Andrew Stevens, global banking specialist at Quadient, will participate in a panel discussion, “Leaders Debate: How to Align Your Whole Organization to a Common Customer Purpose & to Harness Future Tech to Redraw the Customer Experience Landscape,” during the May 7 Customer Experience Summit from 11:45 a.m. to 12:25 p.m. Stevens will be joined by Vivek Bedi, vice president of digital product at Northwestern Mutual; Terri Kallsen, executive vice president, investor services at Charles Schwab; and Olivier Guillaumond, global head of fintechs at ING.

Additionally, Andrew Stevens will moderate an interactive VIP Lunch Workshop on Friday, May 10 from 12:40 to 1:40 p.m. The theme will be “Digital First, Not Digital Only – Keep Sight of Your Customers.”

“We always look forward to the FinovateSpring conference and to sharing how Quadient’s solutions continue to deliver meaningful interactions with current and future customers,” said Andrew Stevens, global banking specialist at Quadient. “This year, we are particularly excited to demonstrate how our Customer Journey Mapping solution makes it possible to view an organization’s entire portfolio of customer communications in real-time and create an actionable plan that ensures the positive customer experience that is so important today. By demonstrating the Quadient Digital Advantage Suite, we will share with attendees how a digital-first communications strategy allows businesses to create touchpoints that are connected throughout the customer journey for a seamless experience.”
