Sessions covered a wide range of customer communications topics relevant to enterprises today. Topics included developing a vendor management process, how to choose the best CCM provider, strategies for marrying transactional print on demand (POD) and fulfillment work, steps for right sizing in-house operations, and more.

In addition to an impressive list of attendees, Madison Advisors welcomed notable sponsors that included Diamond Sponsor Canon Solutions America, Gold Sponsor Quadient, and Silver Sponsor Crawford Technologies. Fiserv, FIS and Conduent hosted the opening night reception.

“The exciting thing about our CCM Executive Roundtable is that it facilitates open interaction between industry leaders about CCM successes and challenges, and offers the opportunity to gather feedback about the evolving customer communications landscape,” said Kemal Carr, president of Madison Advisors. “It was extremely gratifying to see this year’s attendees take full advantage of the ability to participate in interactive sessions designed to accelerate their company’s CCM initiatives and share best practices others are using to achieve customer experience excellence.”
