Inkcups to Provide Live Demonstrations on Leading Pad and Digital Printers at InPrint USA

Press release from the issuing company

Danvers, Mass. – Global printing industry leader Inkcups will showcase a range of products, including four digital printers, three pad printers, a laser plate-maker and new product MagiCoat, at InPrint USA: The Exhibition of Print Technology for Industrial Manufacturing. The event will be held April 9-11 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Inkcups will be located at Booth #101.

The Inkcups exhibit will feature the company’s Helix, X360, X5-T and XJET800 digital printers. The Helix is a cylindrical inkjet printer engineered to print full-color quality on straight-walled and tapered cylinders. The X360 features a tilting system for conical parts and prints a 360-degree bottle in less than one minute. The X5-T has optimal industrial capabilities, able to print items up to 20 inches tall. Specifically designed for industrial applications, the XJET800 features a self-sufficient conveyor loading and unloading system and can print an area of 31.5 by 24.4 inches and up to 10 inches tall.

The Inkcups booth will also showcase the B100, ICN-150 and 2200-PS pad printers. The B100 is a high-speed, single-color tabletop pad printer. The ICN-150 is a 1- or 2-color heavy-duty printer, surpassing the industry standard for large image capabilities. The 2200-PS is a self-standing, 2-color sealed-cup printer. Common product applications for these pad printers include power tool accessories, electric saw blades, appliance dials and plastic molded parts.

Each displayed machine will be live printing during the show on a variety of products, including magnetic clips, notebooks, fidget spinners, coolers and plastic cups. In addition, there will be a live plate-etching demonstration by the Cobalt 2000, an industry leader in affordability and efficiency.

New to the market early this year, Inkcups will display MagiCoat, a breakthrough water-based primer that optimizes adhesion, enabling glassware to withstand up to 600* industrial washes without image degradation.

Inkjet and pad printing experts will be available at the booth for discussion and machine demonstrations. Booth visitors will be entered in a raffle to win a cooler with printed custom graphics.

*Wash testing could be more (or less) depending on type of glassware, detergent used and temperature of wash.
