Piscataway, N.J. – ACG Group, the only supplier in the world offering end-to-end manufacturing solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, will hold a presentation detailing new and expanded capsule manufacturing facilities on three continents during DCAT in New York. Mr. Kamlesh Oza, SR. Vice President- ACG Capsules will present an in-depth look at its brand new capsule production plant in Pouso Alegre-Minas Gerais, Brazil, as well as significant expansions to factories in Croatia and India. The presentation will take place March 18, 2019 at 9:30 am (EST) at Lotte New York Palace Hotel.

The new Brazilian facility represents an investment of approximately 350 million Brazilian Real (USD $91 million). The factory spans an area of around 14,000 square meters and will generate hundreds of new jobs locally. Following ACG’s acquisition of Nova Nordeplast (Films and Foils company) in 2017, this is the second ACG manufacturing facility in the region. Both will serve the entire LATAM and neighboring areas.

ACG’s new Brazil facility complies with the highest standards defined by the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency ANVISA & GMP regulatory bodies. Meanwhile, ACG’s facility in Dahanu, India, and Croatia- ACG LUKAPS is also undergoing expansions.
