Komori Showcases its Innovative Printing Solutions for Creative Output at Print China 2019

Rolling Meadows, Ill. – Komori announces it will be showcasing its innovative, productivity-based printing solutions under the theme “Innovate to Create” at Print China 2019. This international printing technology exhibition is sponsored by Printing Equipment Industries Association of China (PEIAC). It will be held from April 9-13 at the Guangdong Modern International Exhibition Center in Guangdong, China. In Booth 3-C101, Komori will demonstrate how its portfolio of advanced technologies that create new value for customers as they focus on providing more sophisticated creative solutions.

Komori will highlight its KP-Connect Pro, a cloud-based technology for data-driven operations that offers real-time control of all printing processes. Komori will discuss the new concept of “Connected Automation” that is powered by KP-Connect Pro and is helping printing companies transform into highly efficient operations.

Komori will also be demonstrating the Lithrone G40 H-UV/H-UV L (LED)-equipped seven-color 40-inch offset press with in-line coater. This high quality press, known as the “Pressroom Workhorse,” is the ultimate high performance printing machine. To decrease the carbon footprint of the printing process, the Lithrone G40 promotes green printing by reducing consumable and energy usage. Demonstration highlights will include package printing on board and the KP-Connect Pro’s printing process control.

Komori’s Lithrone G37 H-UV L (LED)-equipped four-color 37-inch offset press will also be demonstrated in the booth. This compact press offers a 640 x 940 mm maximum sheet size, with the power to address the full span of requirements in the publishing and commercial printing segments on both light and heavy stocks.

Additionally, Komori’s award-winning Impremia IS29 29-inch sheetfed UV inkjet digital printing system will be on display. This press is the world’s first sheetfed inkjet UV printing system. The Impremia IS29 delivers high print quality, high reliability and outstanding stability with an output resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi on a wide range of papers, from light to heavy stocks. Its UV inkjet capabilities make this system ideal for both commercial print applications and package printing.

Finally, Komori will be offering three special corner exhibits. In the Komori-Kare Corner, new K-Supply products and services will be shown under three themes: productivity improvement, operation and performance enhancement, and energy saving and environmental solutions. Attendees can also visit the Web Offset Corner, where Komori will share techniques printers can use to greatly reduce wasteful electric power and gas. The third corner, the Print Gallery, is where visitors can view printed pieces from around the world that have offered businesses a competitive edge. Along with this, visitors can peruse a map that shows worldwide installations of Komori currency/security presses and a panel display of a sample machine.
