Mercian Labels Launches New Site to Attract Packaging Brand Leaders

Press release from the issuing company

Mercian Labels Ltd has today launched a new website, aimed at its design and manufacturing alignment to larger brands, designers and trade print bureaus.

The site contains vibrant new images combined with a rich colour scheme which brings the company’s image up to date with its World Class credentials.

To view the website, go to https://mercianlabels.com.

An uncluttered canvas offers quick, easy and attractive access to essential features and information, while assuring customers of its added value proposition. Rich images draw attention to the possibilities of using premium embellishments to excite customers, sparking purchasing decisions and promoting brand loyalty.

‘We have come a long way since the launch of our last website’ said Hugo Gell, Sales and Marketing Director. ‘Where previously our website was aimed at educating newcomers or the uncertain to the world of packaging and labelling, now we are reaffirming our expertise and reassuring our knowledgeable client base that we can help enhance their value-added offering and drive brand loyalty. We want to bring their ideas to life’.

The company has recently added a variety of manufacturing innovations to allow more premium finishes, in a world where product differentiation is key, allowing bright foiling, embossment and sensory tactile effects.

Adrian Steele, MD added: We are very serious about advancing our manufacturing capabilities to world class standards. A great deal of money and time has been invested in machinery and technology over the last couple of years, and we are not about to stop. It is vital that we secure the confidence and approval of our current and future client-base as we continue to expand. Brands are always looking for new and exciting ways to add value, and we want to be able help them drive the boundaries.’

Mercian Labels is celebrating 50 years of trading, being one of the oldest and most innovative self-adhesive label manufacturers in the UK. It operates from a state-of-the-art factory in Burntwood, Staffordshire and employs approximately 50 people. It serves some 9,000 business customers worldwide, and in addition to its core portfolio of self-adhesive labels, it manufactures the LabelLock™ brand of security labels and the Gammatex™ brand of Gamma Irradiation indicators, both of which enjoy substantial global sales.
