Global Graphics Lands New OEM Agreements for Jaws RIP Software

Cambridge, UK Global Graphics (Easdaq: GLGR) announced the signing of two new OEM license agreements for its Jaws RIP software product. Easy Systems Japan Ltd., founded in 1995, provides core technologies as well as turnkey solutions to the digital imaging industry. The Jaws RIP will form the basis for a new product called "ezRIP". Easy Systems will market the "ezRIP" with a focus on both web printing and more traditional printing, including Epson printers, high-speed copiers and direct imaging devices. Easy Systems is the exclusive sales agent for Jaws RIP products in Japan. They also distribute Zenographics and Atlas (PrintShop mail). Bard Inc is based in Korea and distributes cutting plotters and large format printers targeted to the Korean "sign" market- driving Novajets and Roland printers. Their ChromaPRINT RIP system, based on the Jaws RIP, includes screening technologies, color management and device drivers. James Freidah, Chief Operating Officer of the Global Graphics Printing Software division, added that "these license agreements demonstrate the increasing use of our software technology in printer and digital copier devices and the entry in the market for embedded software applications"
