Friday, September 14, 2018

Press release from the issuing company

Toronto – Messagepoint Inc., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, today announced a partnership with SparkPost, one of the world’s leading email delivery providers. The partnership includes an integration with the SparkPost platform, offering customers the ability to connect its cloud email delivery service with Messagepoint's omnichannel CCM solution to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

The newly-formed partnership will allow Messagepoint customers to benefit from SparkPost’s real-time analytics and unmatched delivery to the inbox, and customers will have the ability to develop contextual, highly-individualized multichannel communications spanning the entire customer journey.

“This is a great opportunity for both Messagepoint and SparkPost and we are looking forward to a long-term partnership with them,” said Patrick Kehoe, EVP, product management at Messagepoint. “As a market leader in customer communications management, we always endeavor to align ourselves with technology providers—like SparkPost—to deliver best-of-breed solutions to our customers and ensure we retain a competitive advantage.”

“Messagepoint is driving the pace of change for customer-facing transformative communications for major brands in regulated industries, such as banking and insurance, as well as other large enterprises with complex communication needs, so we are confident that customers will benefit from the strength of our two solutions,” said Joal Barbehenn, SVP of business development at SparkPost. “We look forward to being able to offer an even higher level of performance, deliverability and flexibility customers need to manage complex communications designed to drive customer engagement and growth.”
