Fairfax, Va. – The 2018 SGIA Expo will end its first day on a high note with an Opening Night Party at the award-winning restaurant, beach club and nightclub, TAO Las Vegas at The Venetian.

“We want our attendees to enjoy what Las Vegas has to offer — and TAO is one of the hottest offerings on the Strip — while they connect with friends and colleagues,” said Lexy Olisko, the Specialty Graphic Imaging Association's (SGIA) Vice President of Expositions.

The event will celebrate the printing industry and will encourage members of all communities to gather for a night. SGIA Expo attendees and exhibitors will be able to enjoy free hors d’oeuvres and an open bar as they connect and socialize with their peers about the emerging ideas and innovations in printing.

The Opening Night Party will also look ahead to PRINTING United (Dallas, October 23–25, 2019), a new trade show from SGIA and NAPCO Media. PRINTING United will focus on the opportunities emerging from convergence in the printing industry and will feature an expansive and comprehensive display of printing technologies, supplies, services and education.

“This event will be a fitting send-off for the SGIA Expo and give a preview of the energy we’re expecting at PRINTING United,” said Olisko.

The Opening Night Party is on October 18 from 7:00 to 10:00 pm and will occupy all of TAO. An Expo badge will be required for entry.
