New Accel Graphics Systems Handheld Ink Dispenser Cuts Ink Waste

Press release from the issuing company

Roselle, NJ, Accel Graphic Systems, a subsidiary of Pamarco Technologies, has announced the immediate availability of a new handheld ink dispenser which eliminates from 50 to 70 percent of ink waste commercial printing applications on any press. The Accel Graphic Systems Magnum 502 Handheld Ink Dispenser uses a 5-pound (2.2 kilogram) ink cartridge. An 8-pound (3.6 kilogram) cartridge can be used with an optional adapter. Both cartridges˜which were developed by Sonoco® and are also approved for use in the Accel Graphic Systems Sentinel Ink Management System˜can be filled with either conventional or ultraviolet inks by any ink vendor. The triple lined canisters are airtight when filled, thus eliminating ink skinning and waste. When empty, the canisters have less than 2 percent residual waste.
