Hytec Dealer Services and PSIGEN Software, Inc. Sponsor Fundraiser to Benefit Tackle Kids Cancer
Heralded for serving as the inspiration behind the philanthropic spirit in the imaging industry, the Cannata Dinner has collectively raised over $2.2 million for a number of charities nationwide. This year marks the third year in a row proceeds from the event will benefit Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack University Medical Center, distinguished for both patient care and groundbreaking clinical research. To date, the Cannata Dinner has contributed over a half million dollars to Hackensack University Medical Center.
In a joint statement, Frank G. Cannata, president and CEO, and CJ Cannata, EVP and publisher said, “Throughout the history of our Annual Awards & Charities Dinner, 100% of the funds raised have gone directly to our charity partners, a distinction we are incredibly proud of. With generous support from amazing sponsors in recent years, we have been able to significantly expand the scale and scope of our event while continuing to give all proceeds to charity. This year, we are thrilled to once again have Hytec Dealer Services and PSIGEN Software as sponsors. Winners of The Cannata Report’s Annual Awards known as the Frank Awards recognize business leaders from the manufacturer, financing, and software and services segments of the imaging industry. The Cannata Report’s Annual Dealer Survey that provides in-depth analysis and trend data of the independent dealer channel determines the winners of the Frank Awards. This year, The Cannata Report will give a Lifetime Achievement Award to Tom Johnson, founder and former chairman and CEO of Global Imaging Systems. Johnson is widely recognized throughout the office equipment industry as a visionary for creating “the Johnson model,” a benchmarking model for acquiring and integrating businesses.
Immediately following The Cannata Report 's 33rd Annual Awards and Charities Dinner will be an official after party sponsored by MWA Intelligence. On Friday, November 9, The Cannata Report will celebrate its Women Influencers franchise exclusively presented by AMETEK ESP with the Third Annual Women Influencers Brunch honoring top female executives in the industry. Joining AMETEK ESP to sponsor the brunch this year are Supplies Network and Electronics for Imaging, Inc. Details for the after party and the brunch, including additional sponsors, will be announced as details are confirmed.
