Quadient Highlights Ways to Enhance the Customer Experience at Xploration 18

Quadient showcases CX best practices at premier industry event

www.quadient.com: Quadient, formerly GMC Software, the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), will be sponsoring, presenting and exhibiting at Xplor International’s Xploration® 18. Also known as The Customer Communications Conference, the two-and-a-half-day event will bring together end users, analysts, consultants, industry experts and vendors who will share the latest best practices and trends in the customer communications industry. This year’s conference, being held April 17-19 at Rosen Plaza in Orlando, FL, is attended by enterprise users involved with the design, production and distribution of transactional documents.

In Booth #34 Quadient will be showcasing Quadient Inspire, its award-winning, flagship CCM solution that enables organizations to manage and personalize customer communications across channels from one centralized platform. Quadient Inspire enhances the customer experience with interactive experiences, consistency, personalization and convenience. 

Quadient Ignite will also be highlighted. This solution enables service providers to improve how customer data is processed through efficiency gains.   • “Is Perfect Customer Experience Out of Reach?” – Wednesday, April 18, 3:30 p.m. in Salon 10, Scott Draeger joins Gina Ferrara of Madison Advisors’ panel discussion with Kathy Uhl, Emilee Christianson and Scott Mulkey

Quadient will also be sponsoring the breakfast session, “A Morning with Keypoint Intelligence.” In this analyst session, Keypoint Intelligence-InfoTrends will share research updates, relevant insights and discussion of a wide range of topics including customer communications, production and workflow. This event will take place Thursday, April 19 from 7:30-8:30 a.m. in Ballroom A/B and it is included with event registration.
