BANNOCKBURN, IL -- Moore Business Communication Services (BCS), a division of Moore Corporation Limited (TSE, NYSE: MCL), recently announced it has signed an agreement with Verizon Wireless to print and mail customer billing statements each month for the nation's largest wireless provider. Moore BCS' geographically diverse multi-facility processing will provide timely delivery of Verizon Wireless' billing statements across the country. Moore's proprietary print system also will help Verizon Wireless achieve further reductions in processing, paper, imaging and postal costs. Financial Statement Services Inc. (FSSI) of Santa Anna, Calif., has also joined in this agreement with Verizon Wireless to print and mail its billing statements from FSSI's Santa Anna, Calif. facility. Together, Moore and FSSI will print and mail all of Verizon Wireless' subscriber billing statements by the end of 2001 when conversions from other bill print providers are completed. "Timely, accurate bill statements are a critical part of our customer service," said John Hinshaw, vice president of I.T. for Verizon Wireless. "Moore has the resources to support our commitment to deliver the highest-quality billing service to our customers."
