Tharstern to concentrate on Customer Experience at PrintWeekLive!

Press release from the issuing company

Headline sponsors, Tharstern, will be educating print companies on the importance of CX

For the second year running, MIS software company Tharstern will be headline sponsors of PrintWeekLive! and this year they’re adding a twist to their show presence by focusing on a Customer Experience theme.

Tharstern’s MD, Keith McMurtrie, was impressed with the show’s atmosphere last year: “We’re thrilled to be playing such a key part in this well-respected industry trade show. Last year was a fantastic event, it reminded me of the print shows of old, and I’m looking forward to returning and catching up with industry friends and partners.”

McMurtrie will also be delivering a workshop about Customer Experience and how companies can use their MIS to help make improvements. “Delivering a good CX is so important in today’s world, it really is the last key differentiator. We’ve been on our own very interesting Customer Experience journey over the last couple of years at Tharstern, and we’ve learned a lot from it. So we welcomed the opportunity to share this journey with others.”

At 3pm each day, Tharstern will be following up on McMurtrie’s workshop by demonstrating how printers can use their MIS to improve Customer Experience. Visitors can head to stand D15 to pick up some popcorn and refreshments and watch their CX themed demonstration, or at any point throughout the 2 day show to talk to a member of the Tharstern team and take a look at what the Tharstern MIS could offer them.

Their second workshop will be run by Technical Consultant John Murphy, who will be delivering a talk on integration and sharing his ideas on quick and easy things to automate. John is well known in the industry for his knowledge of integrated workflows, and is excited to be returning to the event for a second year.

“Events like PrintWeekLive! are great for print - really educational and an excellent chance to network with some key people in the industry. I’m looking forward to attending PrintWeekLive! again this year, it’s a great location with plenty going on, and the subject I’m presenting this year, 5 things you MUST integrate/automate, is an interesting and educational one, if I do say so myself!”

PrintWeekLive! is happening on 7/8 March, and the venue is Wasps Arena, Coventry. You can visit printweeklive.com to keep up with all the latest news and announcements about the event.
