Space Is Filling Up Fast for Dscoop’s "Unleashing Print" Conference, March 25–28th in Dallas

Press release from the issuing company

This year’s Dscoop Conference is set to make history. With laser-focus on helping member business growth and offering up an expanded community - the experience is a can’t miss event.

We are all feeling the effect of digital technology overload. It’s no wonder -- research shows that we see more than 5,000 ads and marketing messages a day. Marketers are beginning to realize that digital marketing is not the only answer. Savvy marketers are quickly realizing omni-channel marketing can lead the way. At this year’s Dscoop Conference, Unleashing Print, attendees will learn how HP digital print transforms marketing and packaging campaigns into impactful, measurable success – more creatively, more effectively and more personalized than ever before.

The Dscoop Unleashing Print Conference focuses on growth – educating and inspiring attendees with new ways to grow business, innovation, customers, and revenue. Attendees can choose from sessions led by top speakers, including exclusive workshops developed for three specific audiences: business managers and owners, operators and brands and creatives. These tailored sessions provide training, trends and insights you absolutely can’t get anywhere else. Dscoop attendees are encouraged to pre-register, as space is limited and they are sure to fill up.

Operators Hands-on Technical Training provides in-depth technical training and dedicated press time – the only training of this type available anywhere. Sessions include hands-on training for Mosaic, Edge printing, VDP, Multi-lane ganging, security features, pack ready, HP PrintOS and color refinement.

Brands and Creatives Day is devoted to educating and inspiring marketers, brand owners and creatives about digital print’s ability to bring targeted momentum to campaigns; increase brands’ shelf space; and create greater success when paired with social media and online campaigns. Dscoop members are encouraged to bring their clients’ marketing teams and designers. Speakers include thought leaders in the creative and brand marketing space -- Andrew Davis, digital marketing expert and author; Paula Scher, design icon, educator, and the first female principal at Pentagram; Dana Arnett, design innovator and founding partner, VSA Partners. Additionally, Noah Curran, social media expert and CEO @ Monkedia joins to share his expertise. Noah works with major brands on social media advertising to grow their business, while also using print to accelerate that growth. Brands and Creatives Day also includes a guided tour through the Solutions Wonderland with thousands of applications and examples of the power of print on display.

New Opportunities in Inkjet Production is an intimate session led by today’s leaders in Inkjet technology, application and design. According to Marco Boer, vice president of I.T. Strategies and one of the session’s keynote speakers, inkjet has become indispensible for any print services provider, nearing or reaching productivity levels of offset and quality levels of digital color press. Inkjet is also one of the fastest-growing areas in print volume, as users continue to develop new applications. This three-hour session covers tools, techniques and applications; market trends; strategy; challenges/solutions, and a panel discussion/Q&A. Additional inkjet sessions are also scheduled throughout the conference.

The nearly sold-out showcase will also spotlight over 100 solutions partners that are prepared to help educate attendees on potential growth opportunities, new business ideas, innovative solutions and efficiencies.

Also on display will be Dscoop’s new and expanded online platform, Dscoop Community, which will connect creatives and marketers to the world’s most innovative printers, projects and partners. Dscoop Community will spotlight world-class print projects and applications -- including production details, designers, partners, and results such as building brand awareness or driving consumer action. The platform will also offer real-time connection to worldwide printers; the latest in live and digital education; tips and trends from industry leaders; and inspiration from the power of today’s print. More launch news coming next month.

Dscoop conferences are well known for their educational, inspirational and networking opportunities – and for selling out. Says this year’s conference host, Andrew Davis, “If you’re lucky enough and smart enough to be a Dscoop member, don’t miss out! Register now.”
