Miller to the position of Market Manager/Contract Manufacturing. Erik Rutherford has worked in sales for 13 years, starting his career in 1989 with the NCR Corporation in their business forms division. From 1992 through 2000 Erik held the position of Manufacturing Sales Representative and Division Sales Trainer for Fort Howard/Fort James. Prior to Tufco, he worked in the paper/packaging distribution business with the Belson Company of Green Bay, WI. Over the years, Erik has won recognition repeatedly for outstanding sales. Erik is a 1988 graduate of St. Norbert College in DePere, WI. He and his wife Lori reside in DePere, WI with their two young sons Blake and Connor. Steve Miller attended the University of Minnesota and was employed with Dunsirn Industries for 8 years holding positions in Production, Customer Service, Quality Control and Sales. Steve previously held a Board of Director position with Cone Credit Union. He currently resides in Menasha, WI. Erik and Steve will be based in the Green Bay, WI Corporate offices of Tufco with responsibility for managing existing accounts and identifying and establishing new strategic customer relationships within the adhesive laminations, flexographic color printing, contract packaging, wide web calendaring and embossing markets. The addition of Steve and Erik to the Tufco Contract Manufacturing Sales and Marketing Team is further proof of Tufco’s commitment and intent to accelerate sales growth while providing superior customer satisfaction as the demand for the services and products of Tufco increases.
