GMG ColorProof Supports Latest Generation of Epson Printers

Tuebingen, Germany - June 27, 2002 - GMG, a leading developer of professional color management solutions, announces today that the GMG ColorProof System now supports the latest generation of Epson printers, the Stylus PRO 7600 and 9600, launched in May and shipping this month. The key features are a seven-color technology with a new generation of pigmented inks, UltraChrome, and a maximum resolution of 2880 x 1440 dpi. "We are delighted to be supporting this new generation of Epson printers in time for the first shipment. We are achieving fantastic results, especially in combination with the DotProof option to generate halftone proofs. Proofs output using GMG ColorProof show an impressive dot sharpness, very high color accuracy and long-term color stability.
