DALLAS - After owning and operating a successful FASTSIGNS® business in Southwest Dallas, Dustin and Janine Eshelbrenner, along with family business partners Charles and Kristen Perillo, have opened a second FASTSIGNS® franchise location in Cockrell Hill.

“We see so much growth potential in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, especially in the Cockrell Hill and Oak Cliff areas,” said co-owner Charles Perillo. “Our new FASTSIGNS location helps growing businesses and organizations increase their visibility and raise awareness using a variety of visual communications solutions. With our state-of-the-art equipment and technology, our team produces a majority of the signs and graphics we provide in-house.”

Prior to opening FASTSIGNS of Dallas – West, Kristen Perillo was a project manager supporting the Marine Corps; her husband, Charles Perillo, worked in law enforcement. They decided to join her sister and brother-in-law’s business venture, opening a second FASTSIGNS location. Dustin and Janine Eshelbrenner have owned FASTSIGNS of Dallas – Southwest near Duncanville for 10 years and have consistently been ranked as a top performing center out of more than 675 locations worldwide.

“While we have the support and resources of a global franchise brand, we are still a locally owned and independently operated family business,” Kristen Perillo explained. “We’re very involved in our local communities. Our goal is to help customers in any way we can—whether it’s providing completely new signs and graphics for a local corporation, designing a new logo, helping promote an event, wrapping company vehicles, rebranding an office space—we’re more than ready to help.”

FASTSIGNS of Dallas – West provides wall, window and floor graphics, building signs, banners, flags, trade show displays, wayfinding signs, digital signage and content, vehicle wraps, decals and interior décor graphics.

FASTSIGNS of Dallas – West is located at 1417 N. Cockrell Hill Road and is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
