Content Critical Solutions Selects Pitney Bowes Rival Inserting System to Boost Capacity and Productivity across Multiple Locations

Press release from the issuing company

STAMFORD, Conn. - Pitney Bowes Inc., a global technology company that provides innovative products and solutions to power commerce, today announced that Content Critical Solutions (CCS), a leading provider of business communications services, has selected the Pitney Bowes Rival™ Productivity Series Inserting System to meet growing demand for print and mail services in its New York, New Jersey and Florida locations.

“The Pitney Bowes Rival inserters have taken our operations to the next level by increasing output by 30 percent,” said Fred Van Alstyne, Chief Operating Officer, Content Critical Solutions. “That boost in capacity and productivity has had a positive impact on both our top line and our bottom line. We were so impressed with the equipment and Pitney Bowes’ sales and technical support; we chose to invest in two more Rival systems. They have been rock-solid for us.”

CCS has provided printing, packaging and mailing services to businesses in the New York area for more than a century. The company now offers technology-based solutions, such as online marketing portals and database services as well as printing and mailing of hard-copy communications, from billing statements to privacy notices.

“We are delighted to help our clients grow their business,” said Grant Miller, President, Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies. “The Rival Inserting System is designed to deliver unmatched performance, flexibility and value from a small footprint. Our clients also require tracking and document integrity for each piece. The Rival does that with ease, while often times requiring less labor to operate and maintain. All of these factors lead to lower total cost and greater value for commercial mailers.”

“Many of our clients want piece-level tracking,” Van Alstyne added. “With the help of the Pitney Bowes software, we have excellent tracking and can give audits to any clients that need them.”
