Enfocus Names Michael Jahn Certified PDF Evangelist

San Mateo, CA -- May 14, 2002 -- Enfocus Software, the leading publisher of Adobe PDF tools, has retained Michael Jahn as its Certified PDF Evangelist. As Certified PDF Evangelist, Jahn supports the company's efforts to communicate the benefits and importance of Enfocus Certified PDF workflows to the graphics arts, creative, printing and publishing communities. He will also provide workflow-level product support and training to key customers. Jahn is a recognized expert in digital workflows, with particular emphasis on PDF-based solutions. His twenty years of industry experience includes management roles in both printing companies and equipment suppliers. Recently Jahn served as PDF Evangelist for Agfa Corporation and was Product Manager for the Apogee Create PDF workflow tool. Michael has been active in the development of the PDF/X specification with DDAP, NPES, CGATS and SWOP; as well as the JDF specification via CIP4. "Michael is known by many for his insight and passion for PDF, and he feels just as intensely positive about Enfocus' PDF solutions," says Peter Camps, CEO of Enfocus. His experience also includes seven years at World Color Digital Services (now part of Quebecor World) as Director of Electronic Prepress Services. Jahn has also served as Technical Director for SGAUA (Scitex Graphic Arts Users Association).
