Zünd UK Ltd rebooks stand immediately after most successful Advanced Engineering to date

Press release from the issuing company

St Albans - Zünd UK Ltd has completed another successful edition of Advanced Engineering – with its stand already rebooked for the 2018 show.

"Once again, Advanced Engineering was a highlight for Zünd and our stand's position by the busy entrance was brilliant for showcasing our next-generation digital cutting systems to attendees from across the engineering field," comments Stuart Cole, Managing Director, Zünd UK Ltd.

"We have plenty of sales leads to follow up on and have already booked our place at the next Advanced Engineering exhibition."

Advanced Engineering 2017 – which took place at Birmingham's NEC on November 1st and 2nd 2017 – brought together professionals from across the engineering supply chain, covering R&D, design, test, production and procurement. The latest show was the most successful to date, with a 15 per cent increase in overall attendance.

As such, it was the perfect environment for demonstrating the Zünd D3 L3200 digital cutting table, the latest model from the Swiss family business. Featuring a pioneering double-beamed configuration, the Zünd D3 can process engineering materials and composites such as carbon fibre, glass fibre, foams and textiles up to 50mm thick at up to twice the speeds of single-beamed systems.

The fast, ergonomic, robust machine features market-leading automation for maximum efficiency and minimal wasted materials and, like all Zünd cutting tables, has a modular design to allow users to invest in their ideal configuration of tools, material handling systems and more. Changes and upgrades can also be made easily after installation, ensuring UK Zünd users make a future-proof investment with full support from Zünd's St Albans-based team.

"At Advanced Engineering we welcomed a stream of visitors to the Zünd stand but we welcome anyone who missed the show to book a session at our dedicated demonstration centre in St Albans," says Stuart Cole.

"The showroom has recently been expanded – as has our sales and demonstration team – making it an ideal place to explore the Zünd range of digital cutting systems in a friendly, quiet space away from busy trade show floors."

Engineers across the globe in markets as diverse as aerospace, automotive, electronics and architecture use Zünd equipment for a wide range of applications, thanks to the systems' versatile and user-friendly design.

To book a visit Zünd UK Ltd's demonstration centre, or for further information on Zünd cutting systems, please email [email protected] or call 01727 833003.

Advanced Engineering 2018 will be held on October 31st and November 1st 2018 at the NEC in Birmingham.
