Press release from the issuing company

Ivyland PA USA – The annual TLMI awards dinner, held at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch in Scottsdale, Arizona on October 11, revealed the real winner among label entries submitted for judging. In a remarkable achievement, 25 of the 62 total awards (40%!) presented to companies for first- or second-place labels were printed on Gallus presses.

The TLMI Annual Awards Competition aims to stimulate innovative printing and to recognize technical achievement in all areas of the narrow web industry. It recognizes and honors the finest efforts of converter members throughout the previous 12-month period.

According to the TLMI, “Emphasis in judging is placed on innovation and technical achievement. The judging process ensures the utmost objectivity, eliminates chances of bias, and establishes a reliable set of standards and criteria that could be used in competitions throughout the industry. Both the name of the entrant and all information regarding type of equipment and materials used are kept confidential. Judging is performed by a panel of knowledgeable and impartial experts from association supplier members.”

Gallus is proud of its role and wishes to acknowledge our customers’ skill in the use of our equipment to accomplish the technical achievements for which the awards are given.

See you again next year!
