BRAINERD, Minn. - CJK Group announced today that it has closed on the acquisition of Webcrafters, headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin. www.webcrafters-inc.com
In conjunction with finalizing the acquisition, CJK Group announced it has purchased a 10 unit Akiyama sheetfed offset press to be installed in the CJK Webcrafters’ Fordem facility. This purchase will further strengthen Webcrafters’ ability to exceed the growing demands of its customers and is another exciting step forward in the future of Webcrafters.
