Pixartprinting to Donate Thousands of Notebooks to Cradles to Crayons

Press release from the issuing company

For every 500 notebooks sold in the month of November, Pixartprinting will donate 500 notebooks to Cradles to Crayons Boston

BOSTON – Pixartprinting, a Boston-based online printer that caters to creative professionals, today announced a significant notebook donation to Cradles to Crayons, a nonprofit organization that equips children from birth through age 12 living in homeless or low-income situations with the essential items they need to thrive. Throughout the month of November, Pixartprinting will donate 500 notebooks for every 500 notebooks sold.

“In honor of the holiday season, we want to give back to our Boston community in a way that would make a real impact,” said Meaghan Donlon, senior operations manager at Pixartprinting. “Supply budgets for public schools all around the country are being cut, and many parents can’t afford to buy pricey school supplies. Cradles to Crayons gives children the opportunity to thrive in their environments, and the Pixartprinting team is dedicated to doing what we can to help give the next generation of artists, entrepreneurs and leaders the tools it needs to learn.”

Between Nov. 1-30, Pixartprinting has pledged to match the total number of notebooks sold through its website. The donated notebooks will be delivered to Cradles to Crayons’ Boston Giving Factory® location in mid-December.

“When businesses give back, it makes a tangible difference. Without contributions like these notebooks from Pixartprinting, we wouldn't be able to commit to supporting 140,000 children in need in Massachusetts this year," said Lynn Margherio, Cradles to Crayons’ founder and CEO. "These simple supplies help set our kids up for success in school and in life, and we are grateful for their generosity.”

Eligible products can be found on Pixartprinting’s website here. Customers and companies are encouraged to share their purchases via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter using the #PrintedByPix tag.
