City of Hope’s most prestigious honor, Cushing has been involved with the organization for over twenty-four years. He will be presented with the award at a gala dinner on Wednesday, November 8.

“Joe’s twenty-plus year involvement, along with the support of other Chicago construction, real estate and design leaders for the past 25 years, has been amazing,” said Sarah Jakubowski Maraccini, senior director of corporate national philanthropy at City of Hope. “It has been vital to City of Hope’s scientific breakthroughs, innovative research and compassionate patient care.”
