GPO’s Design Services For Federal Agencies Takes Top Honors

Press release from the issuing company

Washington – The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) wins four 2017 American Graphic Design Awards from Graphic Design USA magazine. This is the second year in a row GPO has been honored for its design services.  GPO's Creative Services Department offers Federal Agencies a variety of design services: publication design, branding and identity, exhibit graphics, video, multimedia, photography, and security design.  For more than fifty years, Graphic Design USA has recognized the design work of professionals from design firms, ad agencies, Government agencies, corporations, non-profits and students.  Nearly 10,000 entries were submitted for this year’s awards.

“These awards are an example of the high quality service GPO offers Federal agencies.  Congratulations to our designers once again for being recognized for their creativity and hard work in meeting the publishing and printing needs of our Federal customers,” said GPO Director Davita Vance-Cooks.

GPO’s Award Winning Projects:

  • Office of Management and Budget – Joint Strategic Plan on Intellectual Property Enforcement
  • National Park Service – Mount Rainier Climbing Guides
  • Naval History and Heritage Command – Visitor Brochure and Pocket Folder
