Westgate Resorts Selects Nordis Technologies to Automate, Improve Vacation Owner Communications

CORAL SPRINGS, FLORIDA - Nordis Technologies Inc. announced today that Westgate Resorts, one of the nation’s largest timeshare resort developers, will use Nordis’ customer communications management software and services to automate, customize, print and deliver annual maintenance and tax statements and HOA governance communications for hundreds of thousands of vacation owners.

Westgate Resorts is tapping Nordis’ cloud-based Expresso software, which lets companies create, manage and execute customized digital and mailed billing statements, compliance letters and other customer correspondence in just minutes rather than weeks or even months. Nordis also provides print/mail and digital production services for a complete end-to-end communications solution.

Founded in 1982 by David A. Siegel, Westgate Resorts has grown to include more than 13,500 villas at 28 resorts in premier travel destinations throughout the United States including Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Orlando, Park City and the Smoky Mountains.

In addition to streamlining the process for producing statements, Westgate Resorts and Nordis collaborated to update the billing statement design using industry best practice standards. Westgate Resorts also is leveraging Expresso’s dynamic inserting capability to include vacation-related marketing offers in the mailing package. Additionally, Westgate is enhancing customer service with Expresso’s archive feature, allowing authorized users to easily retrieve previously produced communications.

Not only can we more easily and quickly manage documents from development to delivery for all of our resorts, but Expresso gives us new capabilities and flexibility for producing more creative and customized statement layouts and messages to fit the needs of each resort and cater to owner preferences,” said John Willman, treasurer and vice president of mortgage services at Westgate Resorts.
