Quadient Highlights Interactive Customer Journey Mapping Solution at Forrester CXSF 2017

Press release from the issuing company

As a Visibility Sponsor and exhibitor, Quadient focuses on solutions that improve the customer experience

Quadient, formerly GMC Software, the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), announced today it will be presenting, sponsoring and exhibiting at Forrester CXSF 2017 to be held October 19-20 at the San Francisco Marriott Marquis.

CXSF 2017 will focus on emerging technologies needed for implementing digital customer experience (CX) strategies.  The agenda will cover how these technologies will “push digital CX past its traditional focus on the web and mobile towards a complex web of platforms and channels that will require careful deployment and human orchestration.”

Arianna Valentini, product marketing manager for Quadient, will present at a VIP lunch on October 19 “3 Proof Points for Customer Experience Success.” The session will share considerations for delivering an excellent customer experience: Driving cross functional discussions through touch points; enhancing CX while maintaining compliance; and strategizing around the overall experience that goes beyond individual customer communication delivery channels.

Quadient will also demonstrate its Customer Journey Mapping solution, the only cloud-based journey mapping software that incorporates into journey maps the digital and physical touchpoints with which customers interact. Quadient Customer Journey Mapping allows customer experience teams to easily share feedback with business users directly through the tool, so improvements are made in real-time.
