Print industry experts BPIF to provide advice and support free of charge to IPEX attendees

Rob Fisher explains, “We are delighted this year to have a team of BPIF industry experts who will be on hand to offer support on business efficiency, HR, legal or health & safety matters to our audience.”

The BPIF are offering free, one-to-one sessions on a first come, first served basis.

Attendees will have the opportunity to speak with experts such as Anna Stretton, BPIF Head of HR, who has over 13 years’ experience and can advise on HR health checks, terms and conditions of employment, employee handbooks and more.

BPIF Programme Director Ursula Daly, will advise on apprentices, the apprenticeship levy, new funding rules and how to engage with schools. 

For legal queries, Nicola Langley, BPIF Head of Legal, will use her 25 years of commercial solicitor experience to discuss customer disputes, intellectual property, standard terms and conditions. 

Senior Process Improvement Engineer Garry Mellor with his 34 years’ manufacturing experience will advise on how to improve business efficiency, while BPIF Heads of Health and Safety and Specialist Services are offering a wealth of industry expertise on GDPR regulations and Health and Safety compliance regulations respectively.

IPEX is the UK’s longest running international print show. The event takes place from 31st October to 3rd November 2017 at the NEC in Birmingham. IPEX 2017 will be a showcase of innovation, technology and print in action, covering a range of applications including printing, software, digital, and finishing. Online visitor registration is open and IPEX is free to attend, visitors are advised to register early to avoid the queues and take advantage of travel discounts and event updates.
