Milwaukee, WI & Irvine, CA - S&G Creative recently installed a VersaTech2™ 3.2M flatbed cutting and routing system made by Milwaukee based MCT Digital. S&G Creative expanded its range of product offerings to include wide and grand format printing and flatbed digital die-cutting and routing. 

Lee Garriott, CEO of S&G Global Holdings, Inc. said “The MCT VersaTech2 cutting system is a big part of our expanded wide format printing and packaging services. The VersaTech2’s 3.2M width matches up with our Vanguard VK300D 3.2M wide flatbed and roll UV printer.” 

Bill Grambsch, MCT Regional Sales Rep said: “With S&G’s Versatech2 purchase they have installed the best finishing machine available today with an eye towards the future.” Grambsch also said, “S&G Creative can add tools and options including MCT’s 100-watt laser tool at any time in the future to accommodate additional customer demand.”

Garriott also said, “The VersaTech2 and Vanguard printer expand our capability into wide format board and roll printing but the VersaTech2 also enhances our current packaging and display work done on our traditional presses.” Garriott went on to say “We now have the ability to print, crease and cut prototype displays as well as short run boxes and displays. This allows us to shorten our concept to approval time considerably for both traditional press work and digital printing.”

Training at the MCT demo faculty was a good learning experience and the MCT staff and management really know this technology.” Fuentez also said “It was really great to go through the factory in Milwaukee and see VersaTech2s in various build stages.
