The new web site enables existing and prospective DIDDE web press users more access to GSS genuine service, parts, technical support, and auxiliary enhancements to upgrade existing DIDDE web presses. The web site also provides information on new DIDDE web presses in a variety of configurations to meet multiple applications that include inline finishing modules that can be added to select models of new and existing DIDDE brand offset web presses. 

The new www.didde.com web site also features greater access to the GSS experienced staff of factory service technicians at competitive rates that can provide on-site field service using genuine DIDDE parts from GSS. These knowledgeable technicians can also provide on-site training, installation/moving of equipment using laser alignment, and equipment evaluations for plant moves or purchases of used equipment. 

In addition to the GSS staff of service, parts and new DIDDE equipment sales, the new web site also provides contact information for factory refurbishing and rebuilding of DIDDE, and a link to www.gsspress.com  for Harris, Schriber and other select presses. GSS has repaired hundreds of different print towers, housings, frames, cartridges, cylinders, gearboxes, and auxiliary equipment of many different makes and models including 14” wide Didde cylinders to 60” wide cylinders on other presses. 

The new dedicated web site to the DIDDE brand product line continues the tradition of GSS providing excellent customer support, parts, and service for all GSS products manufactured in Springboro, OH USA. In addition to the DIDDE product line, GSS also designs and manufactures inkjet integration solutions with web transports for multiple major inkjet writing systems companies. GSS also manufactures and supports the web press lines known as Harris and Schriber as one of the few American manufacturers that still produce web offset presses.
