INFO*FLEX 2002 WASHINGTON, DC -- May 6, 2002 -- Creo Inc. (NASDAQ: CREO; TSE: CRE) announces the appointment of Joe Caruso as strategic accounts manager for packaging in North America. Joe Caruso has served clients as packaging sales manager since joining Creo more than four years ago. Prior to that, Caruso gained extensive direct sales experience with several graphic arts dealer organizations. Caruso will join the Creo Strategic Accounts Team, where he will serve the needs of some of the largest packaging companies in the North America including Smurfit-Stone Container, Bemis Manufacturing, Schawk Graphics, and International Paper/ Shorewood Packaging, among other companies. Caruso is a member of the President's Club for achieving an outstanding level of sales over the past two years. He holds a B.A. in both English and Creative Writing from Western Michigan University.
