Standard Register Bolsters Document Management Team

DAYTON, Ohio---May 6, 2002--Standard Register announces the appointment of Rathin Sinha as vice president of strategic marketing, Joseph L. Klenke to the position of vice president of field operations and Rick Ball as director of procurement for the company's Document Management strategic business unit. Sinha is responsible for defining market and growth strategies, and driving the next generation of product and service portfolios for the business. He joins Standard Register from Kinko's where he held positions as a director of eCommerce, and a senior director of business planning. Earlier he was a management consultant with the Mitchell Madison Group and held various management positions with several hi-tech companies Klenke is responsible for driving operational excellence in Standard Register's contact-to-cash process, managing customer support and sales operations. A 17-year veteran of Standard Register, he was previously director of marketing and held various positions in sales management during his tenure with the company. Ball is responsible for source selection and price negotiation for all major raw materials, supplies, and services for Document Management as well as managing corporate subcontracting activities and lease facility management. Prior to joining Standard Register, he held positions including director of purchasing at Rubbermaid Home Products, vice president of purchasing at Formica Corporation North American Operations and vice president of purchasing at Anchor Hocking Packaging. "These additions to the Document Management organization round out the team we've been building this past year to take the company to new levels of success," said Mark Little, president of Standard Register Document Management. "Joe's in-depth company and customer expertise, Rathin's background in strategic marketing and the print-on-demand market, and Rick's expertise in supply chain management will help us deliver superior value to customers, helping businesses improve their business results by leveraging their information." Sinha has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California-Los Angeles, a master's degree in engineering from University of California-Berkeley, and a bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology. A native of India, he resides in Centerville, Ohio. Klenke holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from Wilmington College, Wilmington, Ohio. He is a native Dayton and resides in Kettering, Ohio. Ball holds a Bachelor of Industrial Administration degree from Kettering University, Flint, Mich., and a Master of Business Administration degree from Butler University, Indianapolis, Ind. A native of Rushville, Ind., he resides in Loveland, Ohio.
