UV system manufacturer IST METZ presents wide range of UV and LED systems in the USA

Nürtingen - At Print, which will take place from 10. – 14. September in Chicago, USA, at booth 652 IST METZ will be presenting a wide range of UV and LED systems. Highlight at the UV specialist’s booth will be the new LED system LEDcure – compact, modular, powerful.

In collaboration with its subsidiary Integration Technology Ltd., which has specialised in digital printing products, IST METZ GmbH offers the world’s largest portfolio of water- and aircooled UV/LED systems. The solutions for sheetfed, web and direct printing can be tailored to the customer’s requirements or designed for integration into serial production.

LEDcure – the new flagship for sheetfed offset printing
LEDcure is the newly developed water-cooled high-power LED system by IST METZ. This flexible system guarantees optimum coordination to suit the differing requirements of sheet-fed offset presses: A clever modular basic concept combined with its extremely robust and compact design allows the user maximum flexibility and versatility. The system is freely scalable in length and can be adapted to all machine formats and installation solutions.

The new LEDcure completes the entire redesigned LED solution range, which IST offers together with its subsidiary Integration Technology Ltd. Synergies between the two companies increasingly come into effect, such as XT8 Booster.

Thanks to the new booster technology, the LEDcure has up to 30% more power than conventional LED systems. Other highlights of the new LEDcure include the straightforward exchange of the optical system and the possibility of upgrading the LED chips further down the track.
