Canon Business Solutions Expands to Cincinnati

Strengthens Position For Long Term Growth In Rapidly Expanding Market NEW YORK--May 2, 2002-- Canon Business Solutions-Northeast, Inc., a New York City-based subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc. and a regional leader in document imaging systems, today announced expansion to the Cincinnati metropolitan area. Canon U.S.A. is a subsidiary of Canon Inc. The office, serving commercial and governmental customers in the Cincinnati metro marketplace, will be located at 4700 Duke Drive, Suite 145, Mason, Ohio. "We are excited about expanding our capability to provide business solutions and Canon products to the Cincinnati market," said Wayne Frahn, president, Canon Business Solutions-Northeast, Inc. "We are prepared to serve the various industries within the Cincinnati market through our skilled personnel, cutting edge technology and superior service. Our expansion to Cincinnati significantly strengthens Canon's position for long term growth in this rapidly growing market and our continued development as a national provider of Canon products." Rod Denzer will assume the responsibility of general manager for the expansion. The opening of the Cincinnati office is part of the expansion of Canon Business Solutions-Northeast, Inc. In addition to the new Cincinnati office, it has offices located throughout the New York metropolitan area, in Detroit and Pittsburgh. It provides clients with digital network printing, color and black and white copying, duplicating, faxing and large format printing. A facilities management division, Canon Business Services, offers on-site support and business services outsourcing. Canon Business Solutions' Integrated Systems Division provides clients with additional support resources that focus on capabilities in IT Systems and Internet applications. Canon Business Solutions-Southeast, Inc., based in Burlington, New Jersey, has offices in Philadelphia and Horsham (Pennsylvania), in Wilmington (Delaware), in Arlington (Virginia), in Baltimore, Atlanta and Miami. Canon Business Solutions-Central, Inc., based in Chicago, has offices throughout the area and offices in Denver, Houston and soon will open in Minneapolis. Canon Business Solutions-West, Inc., based in Gardena, California, has offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego.
