Nazdar Ink Technologies appoints Stephen Woodall as new Global Market Segment Manager

Press release from the issuing company

Stockport, UK - Nazdar Ink Technologies has appointed Stephen Woodall as its new Global Market Segment Manager for Aqueous & Solvent Digital.

Stephen Woodall will be based in Stockport, although the international nature of the position will see him work closely with regional managers in territories across the world and with Nazdar's R&D teams in both the UK and USA.

He will manage Nazdar's existing product ranges and oversee the development of new aqueous and solvent ink formulations.

"The wide-format signage and graphics market is a strong focus for Nazdar and we expect to see sustained growth for years to come, with a steady increase in the installed base of machines across all regions," he comments. "Nazdar offers a wide range of plug-and-play inks for this sector, all colour-matched to specific OEM inks and at equivalent quality, but at a lower cost."

These inks include the Nazdar Series 203, a more affordable alternative to Roland Eco Max 3 OEM ink and formulated for faster print speeds, and Nazdar Series 130, a high-quality, low-odour direct replacement for Mimaki SS21 original ink.

Stephen Woodall had formerly spent over five years as Product Manager for Digital Textile Inks at Nazdar Ink Technologies and returns to the company with greater experience and skills.

"I feel right at home returning to Nazdar," he says. "Recently, I have worked closely with both resellers and end users and enhanced my first-hand experience of the UK textiles market and printing hardware, which is invaluable in my new role. I'm looking forward to exploring market trends and requirements in different regions around the globe to push Nazdar's reach and development in new areas."

Woodall says he anticipates strong growth in all geographic regions. Nazdar regularly exhibits at trade exhibitions around the world, most recently at ICMA EXPO and Inprint in the USA and FESPA in Germany. Nazdar will attend SGIA Expo in New Orleans this October.

"We're delighted to see Stephen return to Nazdar," comments James MacDonald, Vice President of Marketing at Nazdar Ink Technologies. "He is an authority on digital ink formulations for both textiles and graphics applications so Nazdar suppliers and customers should expect to see him put his stamp on the sector."
