Press release from the issuing company

Irvine, Calif. – In a recently released Signet BrandStudy that polled Signs of the Times subscribers, Roland DGA received the highest “Net Promoter Score” (NPS) among all major wide-format printer manufacturers, indicating that respondents are most likely to recommend Roland products to others.

Signet Research Inc. is a highly respected marketing firm specializing in media research that uses innovative tools and solutions to measure the awareness, familiarity and perception of brands. The Signet BrandStudy was sent to more than 9,300 Signs of the Times subscribers, with results in the digital printing category based on those who responded as having “buying influence” for digital printing equipment.

Roland also ranked number one in the categories of Brand Familiarity, Purchase Consideration, Service, Value and Quality, over other manufacturers such as HP, Mimaki, Epson, Canon and Mutoh.

“These results, collected and analyzed by a trusted independent research firm, show how Roland is known for product quality and reliability as well as unsurpassed customer service. It’s a testament to our engineering, manufacturing and after-sale support,” said Roland DGA President Andrew Oransky. “While we are extremely pleased to receive such high marks, our priority is to continue exceeding the expectations of our customers.”
