Birmingham-based direct mail fulfilment and print management services provider, bakergoodchild, has announced it is experiencing an increasing demand for its transactional mail services, as the company has specifically targeted the secure mail sector following its move to a new, purpose built premises in Birmingham at the end of last year.

The announcement follows the recent significant investment in the company’s equipment plant list, with purchases of new kit being made.

Following the move to new premises, bakergoodchild made the decision to focus on targeting the transactional mail sector, which covers the areas of business-critical mail, secure mailings, statements, renewals, and billings. This followed the announcement last year that it had attained ISO 27001, the certification which ensures that they meet the highest standards for secure production. Having secured this accreditation, a dedicated secure printing room was built at the new premises, specifically for this purpose. Additionally, and as part of further security measures, entry for employees is now via smart card only.

This has all attributed to the direct mail and print fulfilment provider seeing a demand for its products and services in transactional mail increase, enhancing and underlining its reputation as a specialist bulk mail and fulfilment services provider, who can fulfil the demanding requirements of clients in this secure sector environment.

Located on a secure industrial estate in Aston, Birmingham, the new premises are equipped with dedicated loading and delivery areas, staff and customer parking, as well as providing easy access to the major motorway networks.

This latest announcement follows the launch of the company’s new corporate identity and launch of its new website, which was announced in November last year.
